TEACHER SKILLS AND PARENTS SUPPORT ON LEARNERS’ ABILITY IN PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN PILA, LAGUNA

The objective of the study is to find out relationship teacher skills and parents? support on leaners? ability in private schools Pila, Laguna. Specifically, attempted answer questions; first level respondent's perceptions teacher's terms of; technology skills; digital literacy; Second, determine parent respondents moral support; capacity assisting their child; Third, learner critical thinking; comprehension; analysis. Determine significant between teachers' learners' junior high school students district Pila. And lastly, parents' learner's Pila district. was descriptive design purposive sampling will be employed (300) three hundred selected students, District It focused six (5) sub problems. Furthermore, finding reveals that respondents? as literarcy were both verbal interpreted always observed. parents capaciting child are interpretation supportive. learners? with regards thinking, skills, comprehension analysis all variables excellent. ability. noted weak but positive correlation exists teachers? students? thinking skill skill, analytical skill. correlations significant. Moreover, moderate parent?s involvement , skills. concluded there thus, hypothesis rejected ability, therefore, rejected. Based result, it recommended head may plan different programs captivate needs teacher, provides for necessary teachers; continue enhance existing offered teachers.
